The Root Diagnostic.
A structured look at the whole business, not a review of one part of it. Six areas are assessed, the constraint underneath them is named, and the work that comes next is written down in order.
Who it is for.
Owner-run service businesses, from a handful of people to about fifty, where the work is good and the business has quietly stopped moving easily.
The six areas assessed.
Brand and identity
What the business says it is, and whether the outside matches it.
Positioning and messaging
Who it is for, what it does for them, and how plainly that is said.
Digital presence
The website, the listings, and what someone finds before they call.
Systems and operations
How work moves from enquiry to delivery, and where it rests on one person.
Client experience
What a client notices between first contact and final invoice.
Growth and pipeline
Where new work comes from, and how much of it is guesswork.
How it runs.
Intake form
A short form before we meet, so the session starts with facts rather than introductions.

Sixty to ninety minutes with the person who runs the business.

If the diagnostic shows you do not need us, we will say so.

Before you book.
Is it a sales call?
No. The session is the work. If something needs building it goes in the report, and you decide what happens next.
What if I do not need anything?
Then the report says so. We would rather tell you that than build something you did not need.
What happens after?
Nothing unless you ask. You keep the report and the plan, and we are here when you want the work done.
